Healthy lifestyle helps prevent breast cancer


Women can prevent the occurrence of fatal breast cancer, a healthy lifestyle to that healthy diet, exercise and limiting alcohol contains, according to a study.

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has recommended to take half an hour of exercise daily to lose the limitation of alcohol intake to one drink per day and weight in order to prevent the risk of breast cancer.
"Could It is very worrying that in Britain there are still tens of thousands of cases of breast cancer will be prevented annually. Breast cancer by reducing the consumption can be prevented because they are more physically active and have less body fat," a newspaper, Dr Rachel Thompson, Deputy head of computer science at the WCRF cited.

"There is convincing evidence that alcohol consumption increases the risk for breast cancer. In postmenopausal women there is convincing evidence that body fat increases the risk and there is evidence that regular physical activity probably reduces the risk of breast cancer," he added.
Statistics show that 47 600 women developed breast cancer in 2008, one quarter of those who have cancer and die.

However, the WCRF estimates that 42 percent of cases, about 20,000 cancers could be prevented if women develop a healthy lifestyle to be.
