Foods that help prevent breast cancer (breast cancer awareness)


Discovering that you or a loved one has breast cancer is a horrible feeling. We must all now take steps to avoid experiencing the pain and evil. So do not keep all this stuff for yourself, to share with someone, anyone, and make a difference in life today.
Measures to prevent breast cancer:
1. Maintaining a healthy weight (BMI less than 25) for a lifetime.
2. Reduce or avoid alcohol.

4. Exercise regularly the rest of your life.

Black cherries, seaweed, artichokes, cabbage, carrots, peppers, jalapeno peppers, figs, flax, red grapes, licorice, mushrooms, nuts, oranges, lemons, papayas, raspberries, rosemary, seaweed, potatoes sweet, black tea, tapioca, rape

Foods against cancer:

Fried foods
Charred food
Red meat
White and brown sugar
Foods high in salt
Soft drinks and carbonated drinks
French fries
chips
snacks containing trans fats.
