Does eating soy help prevent breast cancer?

I refer to the consumption of soy deliberately increased to help prevent breast cancer or recurrence. As the conclusion of the Journal of Clinical Nutrition editorial in his research entitled "phytoestrogens and breast cancer (Ziegler RG. 2004. Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Vol. 79, pages 183-184), I do not think that research takes support a recommendation for increased intake of soy phytoestrogens in adult women, to reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Some of the most interesting results involved the consumption of soybean development, where soy consumption. Regular consumption of soy during childhood or adolescence seems to be potentially a security level of consumption similar to adults. This nature depends on the age of the benefits of soy may help explain some conflicting results when the risk of breast cancer among Asian women, who grew up eating soy foods, compared with the risk of breast cancer among American women who do not.

I am concerned that some animal research has genistein, a soy isoflavone phytoestrogens major, have shown the potential to interfere with the activity of tamoxifen, a drug widely prescribed used to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. I am also concerned that some studies in postmenopausal women suggest that soy isoflavones can potentially adverse effects when consumed in amounts normally deliberately increased. Especially for women in menopause, but also for all women considering soy consumption more as a means to reduce the risk of breast cancer, I believe that decisions on this area of advice from a qualified health care professional. There are too many complications here, and the potential variability from one individual to continue without professional advice.
